I was inspired by this blogger http://www.repeatcrafterme.com/2012/08/mickey-and-minnie-inspired-crochet.html.  I used the French Knot stitch instead of buttons. You will see diaper covers on her blog also.  I will post the shoe patterns and skirt for doll pattern later.

This is a creation that has taken 40 years to produce.
